First Crack’s personnel double as SCA-certified instructors, providing SCA accredited classes for those wanting to deepen their knowledge via the SCA’s educational framework. We’ve offered the most online courses, we’ve taught tons of future ASTs, and we conveniently can teach you in-person in any of our facilities or your own!
As with all First Crack courses, First Crack’s SCA courses have two components: theoretical principles and practical skills. Students receive comprehensive coursebooks (enhanced eBooks) with fully-cited text, lecture videos, study guides, practice tests, appendices and more. Download a free copy of our Intro to Coffee coursebook to get a feel!
Online courses can be taken at the student’s pace and thus aren’t on our schedule. Online students schedule their course dates and times directly with their teacher. Online students can schedule their testing date and location (when applicable) directly with their instructor. Prices listed on the schedule do not include SCA certification fees. Email us for more information.
Want to teach SCA courses? We’re happy to help!
